Last week, part of our team – Magda Jaroszewicz and Lisa Siomicheva, the festival directors of dokumentART – visited Nevers to represent dokumentART and Latücht as part of the Fête de l’Europe.
Background: From 4 to 9 May, the city of Nevers celebrated Europe and its partner cities with a week full of cultural events, conferences, and film screenings.
The festival directors enjoyed an intensive and inspiring time presenting the film In die Sonne schauen from the regular Latücht programme, as well as selected short film programmes from dokumentART 2025
.
They were also delighted to meet Neubrandenburg’s Lord Mayor, Nico Klose, and the Deputy City President, Roman F. Oppermann, during the event. In addition, they had a wonderful exchange with our partners from L’ACNE, who visited Neubrandenburg last year (and will hopefully return soon!).
We are pleased to have represented Neubrandenburg and Latücht in such excellent company and to be bringing home many new contacts and ideas.
