PROGRAM 2 - Unter-Irdisch / Under-Ground - gathers four films that reveal more or less natural habitats of man layer by layer. PLACES WE'LL BREATHE is a film essay in which we follow the thoughts and observations of a temporary hermit, US a stop-motion animation and a poem that exposes a dysfunctional reality in dreamlike shades of gray. SONNE UNTER TAGE uncovers shaft after shaft of memories of times when radiations were created that reach into the present. In SKIING, THE REAL NATURE - THE VOID we experience a utopian future that has actually already become the present and promises one thing: lots of snow!

SONNE UNTER TAGE legt Schacht für Schacht Erinnerungen an Zeiten frei, in denen Strahlungen entstanden, die bis in die Gegenwart reichen. In SKIING, THE REAL NATURE – THE VOID erleben wir eine utopische Zukunft, die eigentlich schon Gegenwart geworden ist und eines verspricht: Viel Schnee!
